Because all of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection or change of mind. We encourage you to review our size guides carefully before placing your order.

However, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will arrange a free reprint or a full refund at our discretion.

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your details before completing your order.
